Artisan Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your bespoke art piece.
Please notify the studio within 30 days of the date the courier delivered the artwork to your Global / Fine Art & European Luxury address to begin the return process.
To exercise the right of return, you must inform our team of your decision with a formal statement.

We will process your refund within 30 days of the safe arrival of returned goods. We use your original payment method, ensuring a seamless experience reflective of our boutique standards.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for return, please ensure that the following is true:
Purchased in 30 days.
Original packaging.
Non-returnable boutique items:
Custom commissions tailored to your aesthetic requirements.
Items exhibiting wear not present at delivery.
Fragile organic materials unsealed after delivery.
Digital acquisitions or redeemed gift vouchers.
MashaKnabeArt reserves the right to decline returns of any art that fails to meet these standards at our discretion.
Studio Returns
You are responsible for the cost and safety of returning pieces to our artisan studio at the following address:

We recommend insured, trackable shipping. We are not liable for items damaged in return transit. A refund cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or verified proof of delivery to our gallery.
Gifts:
If marked as a gift, you will receive gallery credit. Once the piece is received, a certificate of credit will be sent to you for use on our future original handcrafted collections.
If not marked as a gift, or if the giver received the piece first, the refund will be directed to the original purchaser in accordance with luxury retail standards.
